Our

Sales Operations Analyst

is a key player in providing the structure needed to ensure the sales and marketing teams drive maximum results. This person will be responsible for data integrity and database management as well as analyzing large databases to ensure that information is clean and accurate. This role will also operationalize and maintain all sales compensation reporting, compensation statements, signed compensation agreements, and payout analysis.

Key Responsibilities And CapabilitiesSales Compensation and Support

Ensure quotas and incentive plans are implemented and own the monthly/quarterly commission calculation process.Evaluate sales plan performance in achieving business objectives and participate in designing new sales plans in collaboration with HR, Finance, and Sales management.Support the design, development, and implementation of motivating incentive compensation plans for the sales team.Handle questions and queries regarding compensation.Administer, train, and communicate commission plans to the field.Manage sales alignment and territory changes related to accounts and historical records.SOX documentation.

Marketing Support

Monitor data integrity and accuracy for strategic growth programs and marketing investments.Combine data output of digital outreach programs provided by marketing (web traffic, SEO effectiveness) with patient-related metrics (i.e. StratX uploads) and regional or accounts revenue impacts.Cleanse current database to remove and avoid duplicate and inaccurate records.Identify efficiencies related to integrations between data sources.

Analytics and Planning

Support and administer sales contests.Contribute to the analysis, documentation, and recommendations for current and future business process models, opening of new territories, managing of key accounts & GPOs.Run ad hoc or on-demand analyses to deliver business intelligence insights to sales leadership and marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience required.2+ years’ experience in Sales/Revenue/Marketing Operations in the medical device, life science, and/or technology space required.Good track record in supporting sales and marketing organizations, processes, and strategy.Ability to identify data efficiencies and clean large data sets.Strong attention to detail.Proficient experience with Excel required; Salesforce, Tableau, and Segment is a plus.Exceptional planning and organization skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

$96,000 - $120,000 /year depending on experience and level.

Work location:

This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Redwood City, CA.
