The Global Vice President of Revenue Operations at Tricentis will be a strategic executive leader responsible for optimizing revenue operations across sales, customer success, and renewal functions on a global scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless alignment between our sales and customer success strategies, as well as maximizing the value our customers derive from our solutions. In this role, you will work directly with the Tricentis senior leadership team, partnering closely with our CRO, CCO, and CFO to help build strategies and execution plans that support new sales and customer retention initiatives. You will lead worldwide teams in our pursuit of operational excellence as we continue to scale.

Sales Operations Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, aligning with Tricentis' sales objectives.Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging Tricentis' industry-leading testing solutions.Implement and manage sales performance metrics, reporting, and analytics, utilizing Tricentis' cutting-edge technology to drive data-driven decision-making.Oversee the implementation and utilization of Tricentis' sales technology tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance team performance.Continue to progress systems capabilities around the Salesforce ecosystem (including Salesforce, Marketo, Clari) to support improved processes and evolving GTM strategy.Lead a worldwide team of high-performing and high-potential sales operations professionals.Collaborate with other leaders across global learning and development, compensation, and finance as we implement cross-functional programs to accelerate growth.Customer Success Operations Responsibilities

Define and implement customer success operational strategies that align with Tricentis' commitment to customer satisfaction and success.Collaborate with customer success teams to establish and monitor customer health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Tricentis' innovative testing and automation solutions.Develop and optimize customer onboarding, training, and support processes, ensuring seamless adoption of Tricentis products.Enhance our systems (Gainsight, Salesforce) and tools to track and analyze customer engagement and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in collaboration with Tricentis' customer success platform.Renewals Operations Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of renewal strategies that maximize customer retention and renewal rates, leveraging Tricentis' expertise in continuous testing.Establish and optimize processes for timely and effective renewals, including customer communication and contract negotiation, aligning with Tricentis' commitment to customer success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction and renewal decisions, utilizing Tricentis' comprehensive testing solutions.Implement systems and metrics to monitor renewal performance and identify opportunities for improvement, incorporating Tricentis' advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.Overall Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing revenue operations on a global scale, preferably within the software testing or technology industry.Deep understanding of sales, customer success, and renewal operations, including various sales methodologies (including MEDDPICC, ADKAR, and/or similar).Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data and Tricentis' testing insights to drive informed decision-making.Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing sales and customer success processes, ideally with experience using Tricentis' testing solutions.Experience working with CRM and other sales and customer success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight experience preferred).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a global team.Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in various aspects of revenue operations, with a track record of success in a leadership role within the software testing or technology industry.Tricentis Core Values
