Summary:
The Content Platform team is looking for a Software Development Engineer who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with merchandising applications. Your solutions will impact our customers directly.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include developing monitoring solutions.Troubleshooting/debugging and implementing fixes for internally developed code (Perl, C/C++, JAVA), performing SQL queries.Improving our systems that gather metrics on our features, updating, tracking, and resolving technical challenges.Working alongside development on Client’s Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing current software, automating support processes, and documenting our systems.Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Perl, C/C++, and/or Java.Other desired technical skills include Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills while gaining exposure to a wide variety of software applications.Detail-oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills, able to work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure.Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).
