A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leadersUnderstanding in best-in-class analytics practicesKnowledge of Indicators (KPI's) and scorecardsKnowledge of Power automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint design, MS Project Officer, Excel (Macros/VBA), PowerPoint (Spring - e-learning) and SAP (required)Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plusMore about this role
Responsible for supporting the construction of the Engineering project Governance;Support the development of tools for the continuous improvement process for the next steps of implementing the project management office;Customization of tools according to organization's specific requirements, configuring metadata, policies, workflows, and other settings as needed.Develop the communication strategy including BI dashboards, spreadsheets, Smartsheets, and control of technical documentation and all indicators;Enable the implementation of the document storage system in the cloud (Team Site) of the projects;Assist in daily requests in routine engineering and design stage;Develop new templates for project management and monitoring processes;Propose improvement in the digital ways of supporting projects;Prepare control reports and analyze the progress of projects;Development of macros/tools for process optimization;Development of process automation inside the Project Management Office;Research and evaluate different data governance tools available on the market to determine which best meets the organization's needs.Support the construction of graphical interfaces with users and databases;Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or in progress (Required)Job specific requirements:
Knowledge of Power automate, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint design, MS Project Officer, Excel (Macros/VBA), PowerPoint (Spring - e-learning) and SAP (required)Manufacturing experience (preferred)Work schedule:
