The Azure Platform Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure services, automation, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies.Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure solutions to meet the organization's requirements.Develop and implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, configuration, and optimization.Collaborate with development teams to architect and deploy highly available and scalable applications on Azure.Implement automation tools and processes to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.Monitor the performance and health of Azure resources and take proactive measures to optimize performance and efficiency.Ensure compliance with security standards and policies by implementing appropriate security controls and configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure cloud platform.In-depth knowledge of Azure services including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure CLI.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with Azure networking services.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Azure Administrator Associate.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and integration with on-premises infrastructure.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Regards,NeelCloud Engineer / Azure Platform Engineer | NJ - On Site | W2
