SummaryOur client was founded 11 years ago by Americans living in the Philippines and is a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm with three offices, two in the Philippines and one in Belize. They are in immediate need of talented sales professionals in the United States with experience working with or for Business Process Outsourcing firms to join their team. They want highly motivated sales professionals who can engage in sales conversations, build and manage their pipeline, and reach out to prospective clients. To be successful, you will need to be able to present and promote their services to prospective clients and at industry conferences and events. Ideal candidates will bring potential clients on day one and will need to be savvy in using various approaches including cold calling and digital channels while staying up to date on current trends. This role is competitive where your success is managed by your performance, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with goal setting and hitting targets. These positions report to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development who is also based in the United States.
