HPC Data Engineer

Job DescriptionUnderstanding of HPC infra with applicationsHaving strong understanding of Linux operating systemsHPC Application installation, configuration and profilingUnderstanding of HPC Scheduler and resource managers (SLURM, LSF, PBS etc)Programming Languages such as C, C++, Python, Java or ScalaPerformance OptimizationUnderstanding of Message Passing Interface (MPIs)Understanding of InterconnectGood understanding of HPC file systems (Parallel FS, NFS etc)Work with customers on HPC migration strategy for cloudResponsible for analyzing the on-prem HPC platform/application/data landscape and designing the solution for Cloud migrationTaking lead in the migration activitiesProvides consultation and guidance to the engineering team for the migrationProvide consultation on data modeling, hierarchy management, data flows and integrationCustomer engagement with strong communication, presentation, and articulation skillsExperience in Agile deliveryDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
