Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in software quality engineeringExperience creating test automation solutions in tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Fitnesse, Selenium, TestNGExperience with continuous integration practices and automated deployment toolsProficient in Java or equivalent software languagesGood level of SQL and database knowledgeFamiliar with some of the following: Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, RESTful servicesExperience with Agile methodologies and practicesExcellent communication skills (oral and written)You understand all aspects of testing (unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, etc.)You have phenomenal attention to detail and a passion for qualityYou can resolve issues proactively and/or identify approaches to solutionsYou are collaborative in your approach, actively contributing to how work gets completedYou can work independently with minimal guidanceDesire to provide outstanding product support at all stages, including on-call support, when necessaryModel Fidelity's Values: Honesty & Integrity, Employee Respect, Quality & ExcellenceResponsibilities
