Our North American Sales organization is a major contributor to our Global business, with more than $1B in revenue, a direct responsibility over 700 employees and shared responsibility over an additional 300 employees.You will interact directly with our Sales Management to provide the full suite of financial support and reporting. It is a multi-product line, multi-industry organization, and as such, you will interact with a large ecosystem to participate in the definition of our strategic plan and the monitoring of its execution.Reporting to the Finance Director, this individual is responsible for the strategic and financial analysis of 3D Experience Works Organization. This person will be the prime support for sales analytics and for marketing. The employee will work with senior management to develop financial models and metrics that will support business decision making.Core FP&A team objectives:Planning – Forecasting & BudgetingBusiness Partnering with senior management to drive resultsDevelop and enhance reporting distributed to management across the companyYour Responsibilities:Track spend for all marketing and sales functions of people and project spendAnalyze spend against budget and forecastsInteract with Shared Services Accounting team to ensure accuracy of results for monthly closingInteract with corporate for reporting of monthly packages and quarterly forecastsDevelop financial projections and build financial modelsWork with senior management to ensure sales operating results and metrics are helping to drive future decision makingQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance; MBA preferred5 years of experience in Finance Business Partner roleThink strategically and anticipate cross-functional, operational, and financial impactsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to build trusted partnerships with both internal and external partiesKPI sensitive, analytical and eager to interpret data analysis or reportsExcellent written & verbal communication skills, and the soft personal skills needed to collect information from a wide network of people in a timely manner with an inquisitive mindsetAdvanced skills in Excel, comfortable with IT systems.
