The team is responsible for the application used by all of Spring Health’s caregivers and is foundational to Spring Health.What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering innovative and impactful projects for Spring Health Caregivers, making a real difference in the lives of others.Working in a fast-paced Agile framework, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retros.Learning and growing your career. You’ll learn Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, Datadog, and more.Developing and maintaining software. You will write code for large-scale applications, optimize code for performance, use relevant testing frameworks to ensure high quality, leverage security best practices to ensure safe, secure code, and more.Identifying, debugging, and remediating production issues with the codebase.What Success Looks Like In This Role

Regularly contribute code for new features, bug fixes, and technical maintenance.Understand the main design patterns of Ruby on Rails and/or React.Understand the different types of tests and implement them to ship high quality code.Familiarize yourself with common production monitoring and troubleshooting techniques, including Datadog, Sentry, and running automated tests.The target base salary range for this position is

$100,000-$123,600 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
