The Senior Financial Analyst will support the consolidation of the annual planning process and quarterly forecasting process. This position is also responsible for supporting finance for the Corporate Staffing Units (ex: IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) including period financial close, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, business reviews and ad hoc requests. This person is a strong communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally, drives process improvement, and has the ability to analyze and solve business challenges.

Sr. Financial Analyst, here’s the work you’ll do:

Support the annual budgeting and mid- and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with the business units and staff units to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, and consistency with overall financial objectives. Facilitates use of financial planning software (SAP BPC) across the organization.Handles periodic (monthly) close process for Corporate Staffing units, including variance analysis, journal entries, trend analysis, and preparation of results package to highlight key findings and trends and provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Partners closely with IT on the interfaces and backend/database-related items for financial planning software and dashboards. Collaborate with individuals across the finance organization to ensure effective and accurate financial reporting processes and internal controls.Identify opportunities to streamline financial and planning processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency of reporting and analysis.Analyze current operating performance, track KPI's, and perform ad hoc analysis as requested by all levels of management.This role is for you if you have these skills:

Possess knowledge and understanding of financial principles, financial analysis techniques, budgeting/forecasting methodologies, and accounting concepts.Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with SAP. Experience with financial planning software (such as BPC or Hyperion) and dashboarding/data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) a plus.Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information and articulate insights to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, to ensure data integrity and reliable financial reporting.And if you have these qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.5+ Years, including direct FP&A experience.In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $86,320.00 - $129.480.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
