We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our CXO Insights & Reporting team, which supports various teams within the customer experience (CX) and operations (O) functions at BILL. This position will play a pivotal role in producing data models, dashboards, and insights required to support BILL’s customers and scale BILL’s internal operations.Responsibilities

Consolidate data from multiple source systems into complete, accurate, and consistent data models leveraging SQL and dbt.Collaborate with team members to build the dbt data foundation from which all of our deliverables (e.g. reports, dashboards, and insights) are derived.Create intuitive, actionable, and automated reports and Tableau dashboards.Synthesize and present data into actionable insights and data stories that drive incremental value for BILL, the CXO organization, and BILL’s customers.Develop strong partnership and collaboration with CXO leaders.We’d Love To Chat If You Have

Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or another technical field.4+ years of experience in analytics and/or data science (or 2+ years of experience w/ Master’s Degree).Extensive experience and advanced knowledge of engineering SQL pipelines (dbt experience a huge plus).Proficiency in business intelligence tools for dashboard and report creation, preferably Tableau.Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and present data stories to business leaders.Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS and/or Fintech businesses.Experience working with and consolidating data generated from various source systems including CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Houston, TX. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.Houston TX pay range
