Long TermMust have skills:Fiserv DNATechnical designGap analysisMappingConfigurationBankingMortgageResponsibilities:Lead technical design for DNA configurationConduct gap analysis of product requirements vs. DNA Flagstar capabilityHands-on DNA experience is requiredAssist with additional merger-related workJob Description:IT Technical Business Analyst / Systems AnalystAssist in a discovery phase to convert an existing system as the "system of record" for our commercial construction loans.Support the discovery phase in collecting and documenting requirements and demonstrate hands-on experience in managing/supporting application reporting and various application interfaces.Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle)Demonstrate strong leadership skills from prior experience working on similar projects.Hands-on experience required with any one or more reporting tools.Other skill set:Knowledge of SDLC and the Agile methodologyKnowledge of the Builder Finance and Commercial Loan Operations domainAbility to problem-solve and solution data discrepanciesCoordinate deployments and data refreshes into test and production servers as neededWork one-on-one with business users to mitigate any application issuesKnowledge and hands-on experience with SQL queries & scriptingUnderstand user maintenance and role setup in applicationsSupport processing of day-end and month-end jobsWork on application enhancement requestsWork with the vendor to troubleshoot issues and provide necessary documentationSupport process automation teamRegression test the applicationKnowledge of application interfacesAbility to utilize data and analytics to help drive critical business processesSupport the application and related servers, check for upgrades, provide assistance with server and environment-related testingUser training and process documentationWork with multiple business teams and lead status meetingsEducational Qualifications:Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.Travel:Open to travel based on the nature of the engagement.Equal Employment Opportunity:Reliable Software employment does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or any other basis as covered by federal, state, or local law.
