We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:Home Health Nurse – LPN
Job Description:
As a home health nurse – LPN, you will be responsible for:
Assessing patients’ condition and initiating start of care face-to-face visits.
Performing evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
Administering medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
Dressing (or re-dressing) wounds.
Providing patient education.
Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress.
Making recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient’s quality of life.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and have successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution.
Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
Current FL State LPN license is required.
Now hiring in:
Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando Counties.
Job Type:
Per diem, Contract (1099)
Pay:
Per visit; Varies based on experience.
