The Development Director ensures integrity, accountability, and transparency in philanthropic gift and donor record management and maintains accurate reporting systems necessary to document donor and funder engagement, policy and procedure development, and fundraising for implementation and progress toward achieving organizational goals through collaboration with the GO STEM leadership team. This position will develop and expand current fundraising efforts and is responsible for continued growth and sustainability efforts to maintain and build staffing and program efforts across the Hub's outreach, programs, and efforts.

This position is funded through June 2025. As part of the role's duties, the Development Director will fundraise to self-sustain their position and expand the development and program staff at GO STEM.
