Senior Data Analyst, Personalization .

As a Personalization Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data insights to deliver personalized experiences across various customer touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including ecommerce, site merchandising, and marketing to analyze customer behavior, preferences, and trends, translating them into actionable strategies to optimize personalization efforts and measuring the success of those strategies.

What You Will Do

Data Analysis and Insights:

Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.

Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for personalization based on customer behavior, preferences, and interactions.

Personalization Strategy Development:

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to develop personalized customer journeys and experiences.

Design and implement segmentation strategies to tailor offerings and communications to specific customer segments.

Testing And Optimization:

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize personalization efforts.

Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Recommendation Systems:

Partner with site merchandising to develop & enhance recommendation systems to deliver relevant content, products, and offers to customers.

Evaluate the effectiveness of product recommendation algorithms and refine them based on performance data.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business objectives and align personalization strategies with broader company goals.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including executives, marketers, and product managers.

What You Can Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

3-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a consumer-focused industry.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for communicating insights effectively & strong storytelling capabilities.

Expert skills in SQL to extract, transform and manipulate data.

Proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation using tools such as Python.

Experience in tools such as Optimizely, Monetate, Dynamic Yield, Constructor, or Bloomreach.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual base salary range for this position is from

$88,300-$120,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
