Join our team and be part of a mission that truly matters.Within the RMS C6ISR we are seeking your vigor and experience in DevSecOps and Software Engineering to support our team on the Terrestrial Layer System Echelons Above Brigade (TLS-EAB) program. The multi-domain TLS Family of Systems generates capabilities that support Lockheed Martin's pursuit in leading the SIGINT, Cyberspace, and EW battlespace. The program enables the warfighter to utilize state-of-the-art technologies like Software Defined Radios (SDRs), high powered Radio Frequency (RF) Digital Signal Processing (DSP) hardware (HW), and modern DevSecOps best practices to achieve their goals and dominate the RF spectrum.Position Overview:In order to accomplish our goal, we will need your expert engineering knowledge to operationalize the technical capabilities of multiple waveforms for extended-range terrestrial sensing, collection, and electronic attack. Your unique qualifications will prove valuable during the multiple phases of the software engineering development process, including architecture, design, development, integration, and test.In this important role, you will collaborate with a diverse and distributive team of technical professionals in an Agile development environment. You will play a key part in ensuring that the team remains flexible, detail-focused, and capable of working through roadblocks and resolving issues quickly. You will be empowered to communicate effectively with your scrum teams, program leadership, and both internal and external stakeholders.The Day to Day:Integrate open and modular hardware and software compliance in the field of Radio Frequency (RF) systemsDevelop mission management software required to support integration and control of waveform processing applicationsEngage in daily scrum and other weekly agile meetingsSupporting Integration & Test (I&T) teams on a sprint to sprint basis to troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.Work closely with system engineers and cybersecurity professionals to address system requirements and security considerations.Basic Qualifications:Experience developing full stack software using a variety of languages, including: C++, Python, and JavaKnowledge of modern DevSecOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab CI, Nexus, Ansible, and HelmProficiency in developing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testsExperience working with Linux OS, including basic system administration (emphasis on RHEL)Desire and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies and domainsDesired Skills:Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including clusters and Container Network Interface (CNI)Experience with inter-process communications (i.e., protobuf, gRPC, AMQ)Working knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts, software-defined radio (SDR) frameworks, and real-time systems that include a mixture of firmware, embedded, and traditional software applicationsKnowledge of Open Systems architecture (OSA) standards such as MORA, BigIron, JICD, SOSA, CMOSS, OMS/UCIExperience in the Radio Frequency (RF) and Cyber Electronic Warfare (CEW) domainsExperience working with distributed development teams in an agile development environmentAbility/willingness to travel for test eventsActive TS or TS/SCI Clearance (or ability to obtain)Security Clearance Statement:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $105,000 - $201,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
