great work environment .Data Analyst Pay And BenefitsHourly pay: $50-$65/hrWorksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Atlanta, GA 30318, Pleasanton, CA 94588, or Salt Lake City, UT 84111 - Hybrid)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment with potential extension/conversion.Data Analyst ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data integration and automation solutions.Data Analyst QualificationsProven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, Automation Specialist, or similar role.Familiarity and hands-on experience with SnapLogic or similar low code/no code system integration tools.Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) practices, establishing and maintaining a consistent and accurate master data repository.Expertise in designing and implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for efficient data movement and transformation.Strong background in building and maintaining data warehouses, creating reports & dashboards, identifying trends & communicating the results.Proficiency in creating dashboards using tools such as Tableau for effective data visualization and reporting.Domain knowledge in procurement or source-to-pay systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of data integration within these domains.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled in identifying and resolving complex integration issues.Expertise in multiple integration platforms and tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, XML/JSON, and Postman.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
