Experience supporting functional users day-to-day business operationsAssist with compiling, reviewing business casesParticipates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testingIdentifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processingConsults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned productsProvides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problemsParticipates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testingCompletes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties
