What We Are Looking ForProvide Administration and Technical support for all SCSeTools usersServe as primary customer interface to Product Management and Engineering teams for exchange of relevant informationServe as key escalation contact to customers/team members for reported issues and requests, and the facility to direct these issues to the appropriate parties for support and troubleshooting work at the appropriate level of responseUnderstand and implement landfill GCCS Federal, State, and Local regulatory compliance requirements for sites managed in the SCSeTools applicationCarry out beta testing of new application module and iterations releasesParticipate in the development of new product introduction and lifecycle management of existing productsHow You Can Make An ImpactProvide administration support for environmental data acquisitionMaintain, and implement knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency, rules and regulationsDevelop, maintain, and implement procedures related to SCS’ Quality Management System and related QA/QC activitiesConduct SCSeTools iteration and new module testing providing supporting analytical documentation to SCSeTools Support managerConduct SCSeTools initiations and familiarization training webinarsEstablish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of management and end users; solicit customer and staff feedback to identify, develop, and implement standard processes and procedures to improve actual service levelProvide communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actionsImplement a true shared services team, cross-trained across multiple business unitsDevelop and implement upsell and sales recovery processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree is preferredMinimum of 1 year compliance OM&M experience gained through practical experience and extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Rules and Regulations.Minimum of 1 year of customer services experienceExcellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines, positive outgoing personality, and the ability to interface well with employees, clients, regulatory staff, vendors, and the publicAbility to read and understand Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agency, Rules and RegulationsAble to work with limited supervision; must be highly organized and detail orientedKnowledge of Windows-based word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation softwareTo learn more about a career in SCS Field Services, check out this video:
