We are looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team based full time in our Dartford Head Office, where you will be managing tenders for Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating function on large / complex projects
Implementation of core process/internal governance throughout the tender process
Providing leadership for small teams of estimators on large-scale projects
Commercial Analysis of subcontractors quotations
Provide robust and structured training of assistant and trainee estimating grades
Advise on finalisation matters of risk, qualification and margin
Provide estimating support in pre-bid submissions/pre-qualification documents for large-scale/ complex projects
Previous site experience outside of Estimating Role in either an Engineering or Commercial Role
Ability to lead complex/multi trade tenders through the settlement process
