Grow Your Skills, Grow Your PotentialEnterprise Technology (ET) Claims is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Max Framework product team. In this role, you will assist with modernizing the claim handling system by integrating with the Modern Associate Experience (MAX) Framework team through an application/framework based on Salesforce to provide a first-class customer experience. This position helps the team deliver on a top enterprise initiative by developing creative solutions, troubleshooting/triage, production support and horizontal engagement with MAX teams.Key job responsibilities:Solid understanding of front-end design and coding principles (security, design, testing, and code quality)High levels of ownership, initiative, and collaboration to work within a team and across multiple stakeholders/partnersWorks well in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environmentAbility to have fun while working hardQualifications
