We believe our extraordinary performance and culture are driven by our dedicated and committed people.What’s the job all about?The Associate Portfolio Manager plays a key supportive role within the Portfolio Management Team, aiding in daily operational activities. This position involves a significant degree of interaction with portfolio managers, acting as a crucial link between the Operations and Portfolio Management teams, particularly in relation to trade processes. Additionally, the Associate Portfolio Manager actively participates in various committees and stays abreast of market conditions to contribute effectively to the team's objectives.The essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to the following:Provide day-to-day assistance to facilitate portfolio management operations.Conduct research and assist in trading activities to support Portfolio Managers.Participate in Portfolio Management committees, contributing insights and expertise.Analyze current and forecast future market trends to inform investment strategies.Act as a liaison between the Operations and Portfolio Management teams to ensure smooth workflow.Support the Portfolio Management process through thorough documentation and research.Engage in new business development by assisting with the analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).RequirementsThis Team Member will have:Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required.Industry Experience:

Some level of experience in asset management or a related industry.Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Excel, database management, and Bloomberg is essential for this role.Skills & Knowledge:

Must have a strong interest in financial markets and a good understanding of asset management business operations and processes.Market Understanding:

Experience in capital market credit analysis is highly beneficial.Communication Skills:
