BASIC FUNCTIONThis position is responsible for analyzing cost data related to the operating expense and capital expenditure reporting functions; identifying cost trends and budget variance for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities Operations Division; working with Finance departments to monitor and report accurate cost information; assisting the Local Security Administrator (LSA); and ensuring the maintenance of hardware for the Facilities Division.NOTE:

this role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days weekly; relocation will not be offered, sponsorship is not available.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 2 years' experience in a Corporate Accounting or Finance department OR 6 years' accounting or finance experience.Experience with property management.Knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, automated systems, and budgeting techniques.Clear, concise oral and written communication skills.PC proficiency to include Word and Excel.PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Database programming experience.NOTE:
