Strategic Alignment: Develop a shared understanding of business goals, challenges, and opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's vision and priorities across business lines.Current State Analysis: Understand the existing data analytics and AI capabilities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Future State Planning: Establish the desired future state of the company's data, analytics, and AI capabilities required to support the business vision.Strategic Opportunities: Identify strategic opportunities for enhancing current data operations and initiating new data, analytics, and AI projects to drive growth and innovation.Modernization Recommendations: Recommend approaches to modernize and scale data analytics and AI capabilities, ensuring informed insights across people, processes, and technology.Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive roadmap with objectives, implementation strategies, and performance metrics to guide the evolution of data analytics and AI capabilities.Experience

2-5 Years Industry Experience: Demonstrated expertise within the industry utilizing Lakehouse, Snowflake, and Data Bricks.Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, SPSS).Data Manipulation and Cleaning: Experience in cleaning and preparing data for analysis, including mastery of data wrangling techniques.Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.Database Management: Knowledge of database systems and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Project Management: Experience in project management is desired.Certifications (Desired): Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Certificate.Join us and be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your expertise will directly impact the company's success.
