A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney for their Denver office. The IP Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of intellectual property litigation matters, including:Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefsConducting legal researchAttending court hearingsManaging client relationshipsProviding strategic legal advice
Job Details:Strong legal writing skills required for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.Willingness to travel for court appearances.Possess a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external client and counsel relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of litigation experience required.
