Lead and manage all food service operations, including fine dining, casual dining, bar services, and cateringImplement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and serviceDevelop menus, create innovative culinary offerings, and ensure consistency in food preparationOversee inventory control and management to optimize food costs and minimize wasteTrain, mentor, and supervise staff in food handling techniques, customer service, and hospitality best practicesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storageAddress customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionallyCollaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experienceEstablish and enforce operational policies and procedures to uphold quality standardsExperience:
