Job Details

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our stellar team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both backend and frontend development in SaaS Applications, with a strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using the Laravel framework and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Vue.js, React.js).Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into working features for our customers.Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards for both backend and frontend components.Strong experience with integrations and APIs to enable our applications to operate seamlessly with various internal and external services and partners.Focus on ownership and high-quality code. Engage in code reviews, all facets of testing (unit, integration, E2E, etc.).Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth and development. A leader by example.Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in PHP/Laravel development.Strong proficiency in PHP, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React.js).Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with modern tooling to support CI/CD practice. Bonus working with deployment pipelines to cloud platforms such as AWS.Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.
