As the IT SHM (Stakeholder Management) lead specialist in the clinical supply chain, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and addressing their needs. You will be responsible for analyzing new needs and requirements, with a full understanding of clinical supply chain business processes and the capabilities of the systems that support these processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for overall IT accountability facing our stakeholders, portfolio strategy, system long-range planning, new demand capture, and prioritization, making sure IT meets the business needs and brings even more with Data and AI. You’ll also liaise with the Services and Support organization in the maintenance of the software and the GxP state of systems. Lastly, your role involves leading and executing projects end-to-end in a GxP-regulated environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring successful project outcomes.How you’ll spend your day

Business lead liaison – main focal point to address stakeholder needsCollaborate with business units, technical IT teams, and external vendors.Understanding of Clinical Supplies business processesNew demand capture and prioritizationOverall IT accountability facing our stakeholdersTracking budgetary investment, managing and reporting on risks and mitigation strategies for project conductDevelop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.Leading project teams, and executing project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.Liaising with QA IT to maintain GxP standardsAddress project issues promptly and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or related field.5-10 years of experience in IT project managementFamiliarity with inventory management systems and processes.Understanding clinical supply chain operations and regulations - preferred.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Strong understanding of software development life cycle and validation methodologies.Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GxP guidelines.Experience working in a global environment, with fluency in English.Enjoy a more rewarding choice
