As the Senior Business Analyst you will focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). With a strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable functions and a proven track record of leveraging Oracle EBS to streamline and optimize the procure-to-pay process you will be successful in this role. You will be involved in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and compliance in our procurement operations.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the procure-to-pay process.Analyze existing procurement workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet the specific needs of the procurement department, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Contracts, and Accounts Payable.Design and implement solutions within Oracle EBS to streamline the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.Conduct testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS procurement modules.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement technology to continuously enhance our systems and processes.Collaborate with other business analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration with other functional areas of the organization, such as finance and supply chain.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience is required.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on procure-to-pay processes.Extensive knowledge of procurement and accounts payable operations, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing.Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in procurement modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Contracts, and Accounts Payable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Oracle R12 E-Business Suite or other ERP systems.Internship or coursework related to Procure-to-Pay processes or ERP systems.Understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Certification or training in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related areas.Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or SQL.Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and business processes.Physical Requirements:
