What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand payer coverage for Option Care servicesCoordinate cross-functional activities in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Cycle ManagementLead the Market Access sales team and manage reimbursement strategiesSupport senior executives in evaluating reimbursement initiatives and key projectsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop tools and collateral for payer education and strategy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of managed care experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong relationships within Blue's plans and/or adjacent organizationsDemonstrated organizational skills and experience with strategic initiativesProven record of successful contract negotiations and revenue growth

Master's degreeExperience with a Blue's Plan or adjacent organization
