Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Enablement Partner wakes up every day thinking about how to lead their sales team to sell more. Partners will develop and deliver end-to-end programs and initiatives, primarily focused on Sales new hires, that enable the sales team to increase productivity and capabilities. They are passionate about providing the most efficient up-to-date tools and most impactful training for their sales team. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, the Sales Enablement Partner will develop sales training collateral and programs, manage continued education sales training programs, provide social selling strategies, and use data-based decisions to develop and refine and deliver product and process training materials.This is a hybrid/remote position located at our headquarters in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will commute to our brand-new HQ at least 2-3x per week.How you’ll add value to MarginEdge:Sales Enablement and TrainingAssess, develop, optimize, and execute all sales enablement materials, learning and development programs, up-to-date sales assets (i.e. scripts and talk tracks, FAQs, Competitive Landscape document) and training materialsManage social selling initiativesManage from conceptualization to implementation all continued education sales training programsDeliver change management and internal GTM initiativesProvide feedback and coaching as needed to sales repsAssess individual and cohort skills and identify skills gaps to provide ongoing coaching and training in order to achieve desired metrics, conversions, and sales outcomesDeliver and manage a blended learning model to include classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional and new learning technologiesPartner closely with Sales Leadership to develop, communicate and drive integrated enablement plansManage stakeholders cross-functionally to design and deliver an aligned enablement planDemonstrate thought leadership and expertise in the latest enablement and learning trends, tools, programs and technologiesContinue self-education around sales enablement technologies and processes, modern sales methodologies and sales training (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation) as well as best practices in all areasAnalytics and ReportingEstablish, measure, adjust, and report on enablement success metrics.Analyze, interpret, and improve key sales metrics by identifying gaps and defining relevant enablement programsSales OperationsParticipate in regular meetings:Bi-Weekly Max 30 training sessions (sales skill, product, change, GTM, etc.)Monthly MESkillets training sessions (human skills, soft skills, etc.)Needs assessments and project progress meetings as neededWeekly Sales meetingWeekly 1-on-1 with the Director of Sales OperationsAnalyze Gong, Groove, and Salesforce data to determine enablement initiativesAssist Sales new hires with discovery meetings and demosBe a trusted advisor to the entire sales org while building credibility and trust with Sales LeadersMaintain a strong understanding of revenue targets and product features and capabilitiesWork with Sales Operations to develop/refine sales processes and curriculumRequirements and Qualifications (Table Stakes):1+ years training (live classroom style whether in person or virtual) groups of sales professionals1+ years coaching, mentoring, and/or training individual sales professionals3-5 years of experience with sales activities, including an understanding of go-to market best practicesFamiliarity with a comprehensive sales stack including:Salesforce or other CRM (required)Groove, Gong, and Lessonly or other LMS (preferred)To be successful in this role you’ve got:Strong understanding of the restaurant industry.
