Monetization GenAI focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI technologies across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies, and creators. We are committed to automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative AI technologies to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies, and creators.
We are looking for product managers who are excited about generative AI and foundation models, build highly scalable and reliable platforms on top of models to solve real problems, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our monetization generative AI platform that focuses on accelerating GenAI application developments across monetization.Lead a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers across monetization to deliver platform-focused user experience.Collaborate with engineering, data science, data engineering, and other product teams to platformize the foundation models that are efficient, scalable, and safe.Deliver effective solutions by defining success metrics, driving progress, and communicating results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications7+ years of product manager experience building a SaaS AI platform.Extraordinary passion for generative AI and excellent at prompt engineering.Technical understanding of generative AI foundation models and ML (pretraining, fine-tune, RLHF) behind it.Excellent communication skills and experience working with XFN teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Experiences with LLM specific infrastructure such as langchain, llamaindex, GPT plugin, etc.
Job Information:Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210,000 - $414,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
