This role will be reporting to the Vice President. In this role, you will deliver on the service line’s business objectives; align team’s priorities to the service line’s objectives. You will drive efficiency initiatives to contribute to margin improvement, expand and strengthen our brand in the market; and drive a high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities
Protect, renew, and expand existing clientsMaintain the book of business and increase revenue through scope expansion and cross selling into other tax offeringsResponsible for new business development and relationships with major clientsPerform regular check-in meetings with clients and demonstrate to managers and consultants how to drive scope expansion and cross selling opportunities through partnershipContribute to thought leadership, networking opportunities, speaking opportunities, webinars, and social media to build self-brand and Altus brandTake ownership of campaigns and initiatives in your local market or expertise and drive timely executionLead by example with full adoption of processes, technology and standards for consistency and improvement across taxHelp team members understand the business purpose and how to manage through the process with positivityClosely monitor case status for high accuracy in forecasting, timely adjusting for material wins or misses. Monitor consultant and analyst workload for balance and optimal utilizationDevelop analysts and consultants through teaching and shadowing opportunities and continuous feedbackKey Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 7+ years’ experience in similar role (Property Tax)Previous real property tax consulting experienceResourceful with strong analytical skillsExcellent project management abilities with experience supervising others and extensive service line knowledge in a consultant/senior analyst capacityStrong writing and communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsStrong negotiation skillsWhat Altus Group Offers
