We are looking for a DevOps leader with experience deploying complex systems to the cloud and on-premise. You will be leading a team of DevOps engineers to deliver multiple cloud solutions. We need someone that will drive the team; getting them on the same page while dealing with constant change to the requirements and technologies. This position is onsite located in Westford, MA, and individuals will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week.If you are a technical leader, motivated by solving unique problems and using leading-edge technologies to automate builds and deployments, this job could be perfect for you.How You Will Do It

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Prioritize work assignments for team members.Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and automation tools to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate tools and technologies to enhance our DevOps processes, improve efficiency, and streamline workflows.Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health, performance, and availability of our systems. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability.Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain best practices for security, compliance, and data protection across our infrastructure and applications. Follow and enforce corporate cyber security policies.Work closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, software engineering, QA, product management, and IT to ensure alignment of DevOps initiatives with business objectives and priorities.Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices. Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization. Set the standards for code quality and review pull requests (PRs) of team members.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our DevOps practices and capabilities.What We Look For

Westford, MABachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience10+ years experience in the broader software field6+ years in DevOps or related role4+ years experience managing Linux-based systems2+ years experience building and deploying containers into Kubernetes clustersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with experience motivating a skilled team of engineersAbility to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environmentsHands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and AnsibleStrong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Bash, PowerShell or PythonPreferred
