Solstice Consulting Group is seeking an

ESG Software Sales Director

for an energy-related SaaS client in Houston, TX.Compensation:Base salary up to $160k plus bonus, LTI, and benefits packageHybrid role - 3-4 days per week in West Houston officeResponsibilities:Manage the ESG sales process to support new business, account management, revenue retention, and expansion with a positive and successful impact for our customers.Lead customer-facing engagements through the duration of the sales lifecycle including inbound leads, initial contacts, discovery calls, follow-up communication, contract negotiations, and closing.Maintain an accurate, updated CRM with customer information and sales progress updates.Grow revenue as determined by the company’s annual goals.Strategize with Marketing, Product, Implementations, and Customer Success to deliver a unified customer experience.Collaborate with Product, Implementation Engineers, and Customer Success to establish and execute account strategies.Partner with the Finance team to prepare customer proposals and contracts.Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling ESG software.Experience in oil & gas, waste management, or other industrial/service intensive end markets preferred.Experience with carbon/greenhouse gas accounting, EPA standards, and/or ESG subject matter.Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience in sales with highly configurable and technical applications.Proven expertise understanding value creation based on customer needs with full sales-cycle experience (e.g., qualifying opportunities, strategic outreach, pitching solutions, RFP response management, developing and presenting proposals, contract negotiations, and closing sales).Ability to manage relationships internally and externally with all levels of an organization up to C-suite.
