Design and implement Information Systems solutions for researchers in the Discovery, Non-Clinical & Early Development teamsDeliver outcomes focused on the management and utilization of data to transform the speed of biologics discovery & developmentLead technical workstreams that develop software components in support of R&D scientific business objectivesDevelop and expand bioinformatics automation capabilities through support for new pipeline and algorithm integrationDesign, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust software products & componentsWhat Is Required (Qualifications)
Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 3 years of Informatics and/or Information Systems experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of experience, or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experienceSolid foundation in modern software design and engineering practicesExperience in developing and supporting scientific applications or laboratory information systemsExperience with Agile software development methodologiesStrong proficiency in Java or Python programming language, JavaScript web application framework, relational databases, AWS services, and CI/CD pipelinesHow To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Scientific educational background or work experienceExperience with bioinformatics applications including NGS pipeline developmentHigh learning agility, innovation, and analytical skills
