Within this context, the Appraisal Institute seeks an entrepreneurial professional who will be able to project manage technology enhancements.

The Appraisal Institute is embarking on multiple technology upgrades designed to better meet the needs of our chapters and members. Reporting to the CEO, this Senior Project Manager establishes collaborative processes to drive standards and timelines for significant technology-related projects across the organization. The Senior Project Manager should manage critical technology and business reporting projects, working with executive sponsors, technical teams, and consultants to ensure project goals and risks are managed well.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities And Duties

Implement a formal project management methodology including an efficient RFP process to drive success.Work effectively with executive project owners and functional leads to understand membership-related goals and needs of each technology upgrade to ensure the fundamental stakeholders for each project, our members, are well served.Identify and manage potential risks to project timelines and budgets.Manage project communication and documentation, such as project charters, duties & responsibilities of project team members, project plans, status reports, etc.Work with Finance to manage project costs, ensuring executive stakeholders are aware and signing off as appropriate.Maintain metrics related to project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and with organizational goals in mind.What Qualifications, Skillsets, & Abilities You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.At least 5 years of experience in technical project management.Proven project management experience with technology projects.Excellent communication skills and service orientation.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.Independent, solution-oriented, team player.Non-Profit or CRE/RRE experience valued.High degree of emotional intelligence.Experience documenting policies and procedures.Ability to effectively communicate with functional leads, technical leads, and executive stakeholders.Knowledge of industry practices and regulations.Association experience preferred.What We Offer

We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, & 401(k), and a convenient loop location close to public transportation for when you come into the office. As well as a 37.5 hour work week. Salary range: $103,000 - $123,000/yr.Interviews:
