A highly driven experience owner to join the Conversion Programs team and develop next generation experiences concentrating on the Buyer facing post transactional communications. This role will iterate and expand on various programs, primarily in the channels of Email, Push Notifications and the Native Notification Hub. You will excel in influencing the long-term strategy and relentlessly implementing the strategy in close collaboration with engineering teams, design teams, analytics teams and many other domains through eBay. This is a highly visible role and you will work closely with various cross functional teams within eBay mainly on the Core Technology/Core Product side.If you are passionate about building highly contextual experiences in CRM channels and working in an agile working manner with engineering, data science, analytics and design counterparts, come join us!What You Will Accomplish

The ‘CEO’ of your experience: defining and communicating the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Transactional post purchase communications portfolio.Build a multi quarter roadmap in close collaboration with leadership and other team members.Implement the roadmap by working with engineering, data science and design teams. Build MVPs, iterate fast and be the champion of execution excellence.Conducting AB tests: hypothesis building, test design, KPI definition.Working with analytics teams to measure the impact on success metrics.Collaborating with creative team to enhance content and design.Prioritizing features and work items based on business value, user needs, and other criteria.Tracking and reporting on your experience performance and key metrics.What You Will Bring

10+ years of strong marketing experience with at least 5 years in ecommerce. Marketplace and technical Product Management working with engineering experience strongly preferred.Relentless execution - ability to ship quality experiences in a fast paced and iterative manner.Experience in developing email and native app notifications in ecommerce.Experience working directly with Engineering teams (both front-end and back-end); technical understanding of building communications from scratch.Experience navigating highly cross-functional projects end-to-end.Strong experience owner sense - ability to understand consumer needs and figure simple ways to solve the needs.Metrics driven - ability to build actionable metrics which can measure experience performance.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$126,800 - $187,550Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
