Staff Data Scientist
to help reimagine the way we empower Suppliers and Sellers/Marketplaces with best-in-class omni-channel advertising tools at scale. This role will lead the adoption of our advertising products across customer segments.Responsibilities:Expertise in statistical concepts, Casual Inference methods, A/B Testing, and other Marketing Measurement methodologies (MMM, MTA, Lift testing).Team management experience with executive and client-facing presentations.Experience in product development lifecycle, aligning business and technical needs, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks.Developing and enhancing ads measurement methodologies across sales lift, synthetic control groups, ghost ads, and Intent-to-treat. Understanding how to evaluate market opportunities, building business cases, and driving alignment across cross-functional partners to achieve goals collaboratively.Minimum Qualifications:Master's Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.6+ years of industry experience in Ads Measurement, Marketing Strategy & Analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or related fields.3+ years of team management experience.
