Join us.About the team: User Trust Recovery at TikTok E-Commerce is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is reliable and trustworthy for our users, especially when abnormal scenarios occur. We are responsible for user abnormal scenario discovery, identification, and trust recovery solutions for users. Our target is to improve users' experience and retention. We are looking for product managers to build the product solution and system for trust recovery.Responsibilities

Responsible for building the TikTok user trust recovery product, aiming to improve users' shopping experience and increase repurchase rate by optimizing trust recovery solutions.Have an in-depth understanding of platform strategies and business knowledge to improve post-transaction performance and related customer experience, design systematic whole-scene strategies and traction mechanisms. Drive complex projects independently, including but not limited to the designing of business-related product modules, and product implementation of governance strategies.Be data-driven, understand and define North Star Metrics that reveal customer experience about the post-transaction experience. Continuously looking for approaches to optimize key metrics.Facilitate internal communication, collaborate with operation, algorithm and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:Ability to design highly adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and able to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions.Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and confidently working well with teams.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in product management in E-Commerce, membership, loyalty or customer experience improvement is preferred. Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
