Our client is a large law firm with a global reach. They are seeking a
Benefits Analyst
to join their Boston office (hybrid role) to administer benefit plans for their health, welfare, and voluntary offerings and also support retirement plans.The Benefits Analyst will also keep up-to-date on legislative/regulatory changes (ERISA, HIPAA, etc.); will include benefit trends and knowledge of the market in their analysis; and participate in the creation of communicating these plans.
