As a Senior Project Manager - Renovations (Property Improvement Plans (PIP)/Fixed Renovation Cycle Management (FRCM) reporting to the Director AD&C All Suites Renovations, you will work on projects across Hilton's portfolio for Homewood, Home2, and Embassy Suites.How We Will Support You

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

You will provide project management for hotel renovations within the All Suites brands that are required by a Product Improvement Plan (PIP) or Fixed Renovation Cycle (FRCM)Actively review detailed architectural plans, specifications, construction submittals, and shop drawings ensuring compliance with Hilton standardsWork to immediately address issues to franchisees outlining issues that are non-compliant while also offering creative and thoughtful solutionsHow You Will Collaborate With Others

Initiate meetings (Introductory call, Project Kick-off call, Mid-Project Sync call) with franchisees, external partners, and other Hilton Team Members for each project to explain the role of AD&C, set project expectations, share prototype drawings/standards, and reinforce the project scope/timelinesAttend internal team pipeline meetings to report on the status and progress of your assigned projectsWhat Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

A significant project load of operating hotel renovations that include both PIP (Property Improvement Plans) and FRCM (Fixed Renovation Cycle Management) in various stages of the renovation including newly assigned projects and transitions from other PMs of projects already in the design and/or construction phasesAssignments are by Ownership Group accounts where you will become the primary point of contact for all future renovations for the franchisee’s portfolios of which you are assignedWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

Five (5) years of work experience in architecture, design, or construction, and experience with renovation projectsTravel up to 10%It Would Be Useful If You Have
