The Analyst, Global Strategy, Planning, and Operations role will support work streams related to the team's strategic agenda and subsequent projects that have significant impact across the team. This individual will analyze large data sets and build tools to support our business on key priorities. The position requires the ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems and support management discussions.This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Strategic Initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with Client internal teams in regular strategic & project discussions.Contribute to the successful development of strategic initiatives, which involves:Data analysis to identify key areas of opportunity.Help automate and scale existing global processes.Building a storyline to help link insights to recommendations.Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Client) to determine meanings insights and recommendations for stakeholders.Assist with quantification and systematization of the Client's project impact:Leveraging data tools to help derive high-level insights and recommendations.Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in a computer-related occupation. Alternatively, Master's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).Relevant experience at large management consulting firm or US Financial Institution.Payments/Financial Services experience.Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools.Strong team player with a willingness to learn and ability to adapt.An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital.Advanced Power Apps skills.Scaling data technology to expose data to reports.Intelliswift is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
