Gap Inc.'s technology and digital recruiting team supports an organization that is made up of thousands of technologists across the globe who try fast, learn fast and think big for our customers, communities and the planet. The organization drives innovative retail, e-commerce, and global enterprise technology for Gap, Inc. and our brands (Athleta, Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy).We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment focused on creating the most inclusive candidate experience for one of the largest apparel brands in the world. Working in Talent Acquisition means you're doing more than filling jobs; you will be a champion of both the business and talent. Working in close partnership with Gap Inc. leaders, HR, Equality + Belonging and Communications leaders, you will support a team that ensures our candidates and employees have the best interview experience in retail.What You'll Do

Amplify the company vision and culture to inspire a diverse pool of technical talent.Drive consistent and inclusive candidate and interview experience.Accountable for full lifecycle recruiting for technical search; including proactive sourcing in order to build pipeline for future talent needs.Build effective sourcing strategies and use creative sourcing methods to discover and engage passive talent across multiple functional areas.Come to the table with a perspective and search recommendations while becoming an expert on market demands and total candidate landscape.Develop communication skills to exchange complex information.Elevate Gap Inc.'s external brand to the technical community.Who You Are

Experience in an end-to-end technology recruitment role (i.e. software engineering, DevOps engineering, security engineering, data science).Ideal experience with recruiting data science and analytics talent. You are passionate about finding the right talent and enjoy challenging searches! You enjoy celebrating the wins as a team and strive to build partnerships with your recruiting peers and hiring managers.Experienced in utilizing social networking tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, etc.) and Boolean search – strong understanding of market conditions with creative usage of your network.You get your energy by working on complex and varying searches across the technical spectrum.You are obsessed with candidate experience.Ability to speak with candor, set expectations and deliver on the work at hand.Benefits at Gap Inc.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
