Director/VP of Sales

who will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion. This is a great opportunity where you will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets across all retail channels nationwide!Responsibilities include:Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.Manage a high-performing sales team across multiple regions, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to achieve sales targets.Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded; analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, partners, and stakeholders.Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts in collaboration with executive management.Ideal candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in retail sales management.Experience in Consumer Electronics and/or housewares/small appliances strongly preferred.Strong relationships in channels including drug, grocery, club, big box, specialty, etc.Understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.Strong leadership and people management abilities.Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams.Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.Strategic thinker and analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
