Come join the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, within the Digital Technology organization, & work with a talented group of PMs, developers, designers, and researchers. We’re all about delivering delightful, secure customer and employee experiences that accelerate ServiceNow’s journey to become the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century.What you get to do in this role:Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.Qualifications

What you have:To be successful in this role you have:Full stack development capabilities, with strong expertise on UI framework (React or equivalent) and ability to collaborate with on-shore and off-shore engineers.3+ years of experience with machine learning, prompt engineering using open source LLM.Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, SQL, and performance-scale considerations.Strong Analytical and design skills.Ability to lead complex projects with material & technical risk at a team level.Work in agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment.Nice to have:Experience with the ServiceNow Platform and Service Portal a big plus.Driven towards writing, debugging, and improving existing code.Ability to make decisions independently.Exceptional organizational and planning skills.The candidate is expected to be very hands-on, getting deep into the technical details.Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information
