Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:As the Senior Platform Product Manager within Brightidea, you will support our short and long term roadmap for our core platform offering which is influenced by business needs, customer feedback and market trends.

You will have a deep understanding of our target customers and be able to ideate solutions to fit their needs.You will be able to glean insights from the overall innovation industry and determine how to best apply that to Brightidea, maintaining us as the leading brand in the market space.Maintain a product delivery framework that optimizes our existing portfolio and helps leverage key areas for scalability for the future.Maintain deep knowledge of how the product is performing for customers and make astonishingly fast decisions when you uncover actionable insights.Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and product development initiatives for product launches.Perform post-launch reviews on product launches to determine launch success and future iterations needed to improve product performance.Liaise between Marketing, Customer Success, professional services and Engineering to ensure the product has the necessary resources, parameters and support to succeed.

What You Need to Succeed:You have the ability to turn ambiguous, conflicting, and ever-changing inputs into elegant frameworks and models.You have exceptionally clear and precise communication skills (both written and oral).You have a knack for gleaning customer insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.You have a strong technical understanding and are able to establish credibility with engineers (hands-on experience with web development technologies is a plus).You have 10+ years product management experience with a complex web application and/or enterprise software.You have a bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.

Compensation$160,000 - $190,000 OTE
