Work in individual capacity to provide support to product managers for the Client Connector Product lineOwn competitive analysis for assigned product areas, including technical collateral and SWOT analysisHelp field teams and product management with complex product setups and deploymentsWork with functional PM in internal company events like Zenith Live, SKO etc. to train technical field including SE/SA/TAM/Support on assigned emerging productsAssist product leadership team in evaluating and diligence on strategic build/buy/partner opportunitiesWork with Bus Dev on validating and documenting strategic partnership technology integrationsOwn planning and execution of field enablement collateral for existing and new functionality collateral.Work closely with Marketing and Sales Enablement to roll out technical trainings for technical sales as well as support organizationQualifications

5-7 years of experience as Technical Product Manager, or SE/Field role working with endpoint solutions that connect to cloud infrastructureTechnical expertise with large scale deployments of endpoint security and networking solutions is highly desirableDeep understanding of Internet and Network protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL etc. is mandatoryDeep understanding of Proxies, Firewall, VPN based security stack is highly desirableAbility to break down complex tasks into simple actionable steps with well defined and measurable outcomes is neededHands on expertise with one of the public cloud infrastructure (ex. AWS, Azure etc.) is desirableUnderstanding of identity systems and protocols (ex. ADFS, SAML, SCIM etc.) is desirableExperience writing blog posts and papers related to technical analysis and creating technical documentation is desirable
