The Associate Sales Director, GBTS is an individual contributor, hunter in a junior sales role that will target several verticals including Legal, Banking, Insurance and Corporate. The primary target market will be new business in an assigned geographic area and with assigned prospects. This role will be utilizing various internal resources for assistance throughout the sales cycle, including assisting with RFP proposals and responses required during the sales cycle. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new logo sales opportunities. This individual will be a highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including cold calling, individual research, inbound marketing leads, and prospect lists. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.Responsibilities:
Position Epiq to become a trusted advisor to net new logo prospects while working to identify new opportunities to upsell within their business.Qualify client prospects through specific marketing campaigns and sales plays utilizing direct phone calls, emails and social media.Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can jump start long sales cycles of multiple solutions.Develop fact-based qualified leads through active listening, sharing client relevant solution content via LinkedIn and other social media outlets.Stay informed of current events in our target accounts and the industry at large in order to understand how Epiq’s services can best add value for prospective clients.Maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to nurture client interest in Epiq and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com following our sales and marketing processes.Partner with Sales Directors, Sales Operations & Enablement Manager and VP Sales to align the prospecting strategies in the market and meet annual revenue targets.Achievement of assigned annual revenue and activity targets through sales of Business Process Outsourcing Services within his/her assigned sales territory.Sales calls, customer meetings, presentations conducted in pursuit of new business from prospective clients.Attend industry trade shows and conferences.Adherence to Company policies, and timely submission of sales reports as assigned.Required Characteristics and Credentials:
Four plus years experience in cold calling, appointment setting and selling complex, consultative outsourced solutions.Hunter mentality, tenacious self starter.Existing relationships that can be immediately leveraged to drive new business for Epiq.History of targeting large and medium sized organizations/law firms with deal sizes in the range of $500K-$2M ARR+.Proven and demonstrable knowledge of the outsourcing BPO space, including key decision makers, support solutions and systems, and industry trends.Strong business acumen of the document management, records and information governance.Proven ability to quickly gain entry to C Suite contacts and articulate a proven value/ ROI-based sale.Ability to travel 50% of the time.Proven track record of managing a sizable prospect list and building a robust pipeline of high potential accounts.Be detail oriented and exceptionally attentive to accuracy.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.Consistent quota over-achievement.Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
